Kundalini Movement

I came to this practice fourteen years ago searching, whether I knew it or not, for a way to connect. At the time I had no idea what I wanted to connect to, I just knew that something had to change, that I was ready for more. What I discovered was an incredibly powerful tool for self-study. Taking time each day to return, again and again, to present moment awareness has been a life raft in times of trouble. I feel like for the most part life moves so fast that being in one place in time, doing one thing at a time, is an oasis. It reminds me of my tininess, reminds me that I am small and insignificant in the grand scheme of things. And yet, capable of holding such majesty, such magic… even if only for the space of one breath. It’s an honour to teach. To be in a position to share something so valuable is such a gift. Big love and thanks to all the teachers, friends and who’ve shaped me. Here’s to softer edges and stronger cores.
