Yoga Therapy & Bodywork

Katie began practicing yoga at a young age and continued intermittently throughout her twenties. She survived graduate school thanks to coffee and yoga and continues to practice both daily. Katie is a physiotherapist with a passion for neuroplasticity, women’s health, pain science and mindfulness. She specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction and persistent pain and is certified in anatomical acupuncture. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Danielle Pechie in 2016 and has continued her studies in Pre & Post-Natal Yoga with Amy Bidrman and Critical Alignment Therapy with Gert Van Leeuwen. She is excited to help others develop an understanding of their bodies with a focus on optimal movement patterns.
