Krystine Anne

Krystine Anne began studying yoga in her early 20s when she felt an internal pull
towards the practice. Initially, the physical asana practice helped
realign her body after many years of dance. The practice taught her
the power of meditation and an unwavering connection to breath and
she became increasingly interested in self-inquiry and the science of
learning how to listen to the wisdom of the body.
A 200hr Certified Yoga Teacher in Iyengar & Vinyasa Yoga, Reiki
Master and Holosonic Sound healer, Krystine is passionate about
holistic healing and empowering others to understand themselves
deeper through their connection to breath and movement. She will
forever be a student of yoga and has recently began studying with
Danielle Pechie and other teachers at YTB and holds a well
established daily home practice. Outside of yoga, Krystine enjoys the outdoors, dog
walking, snowboarding, cooking from scratch, reading and creating deep authentic
connections.
