Lena started her Pilates training in 2002 after an ankle injury from running. Following the advice of a Physio therapist, she started practicing Pilates to strengthen the core and increase flexibility. After 2 years of practice in mat and reformer, she completed the full Stott Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels training. Since then she has been teaching classes, privates and semi-privates, as well as attending yearly workshops of special populations, barre, golf etc. More recently she decided to add yoga to her classes with the 200hr YTT through Define Yoga School. Her focus on functional movement and interest in assisting her clients of all ages and walks of life, further developed into a curiosity in Critical Alignment Therapy. Lena is passionate about connecting with people and teaching by integrating Pilates, Yoga and CAT to support her clients to move and feel strong.
