BSc., ERYT500, Level IV Critical Alignment Therapy, has always had an appreciation for body movement. Although never classically athletic, she spent her childhood years dancing, her 20’s as a fitness trainer, and her years beyond as a dedicated runner…that never stretched. And so, yoga entered her life in 2001. Initially self-taught, the physical benefits were instant. But, as for most, it wasn’t just the physical benefits that kept her, it was the peace and calm it brought to her life off the mat. Recognizing the therapeutic benefits of yoga has inspired her own dedicated practice, as well as focus her teaching and continued training.
