Working with Danielle has helped me with chronic back pain and stiffness, taught me body awareness, helped me to build strength and balance, improved my self-confidence and my relationship with pain–which was particularly important and transformational during my two pregnancies 2007, and 2010, through which I continued to practice yoga with Danielle.
On a mental level working with Danielle has taught me a healthy way to quiet my mind, breathe, focus, and also that so many of life’s problems or handicaps are in my head.
Danielle challenges her students and expects a trade of effort and energy between teacher and student. She is also incredibly present, warm, encouraging and empowers you to do things you wouldn’t have otherwise though you could. This is true both in and out of her studio.
